Service department is terrible. I had an oil change done there and they cranked the oil filter so tight that I spent a good amount of time tearing it apart getting it off. I called them up to tell them what was going on and they didn’t act like they wanted to help me with anything even after I bought a $46,000 truck through them...I wouldn't trust them to top off my windshield washer fluid. — feeling upset.
Everyone is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Much nicer atmosphere. Darien sold us our truck. He did a great job. John greeted us, spent time making sure we were being well taken care of. I’m so glad we went back to Christ Hubler.
I came to the dealership with low expectations after being turned down at other places and Darien helped me and got me approved for a 2017 Chevy Cruze and they really worked to help me get approved when I didn’t have much to offer except my trade in.
