I have used this firm for over 25 years. I also work with other law firms. This firm has handled both personal and business law for my company and my family. These guys are honest and some of the best attorney's I have have ever dealt with. They have also done work for one of my children who is also an attorney.

Follow up on review posted by dcarri on 9/17/2013. Ultimately the Judge approved a payment of the agreed upon $6,000. Because of the unusual situation with an attorney passing away, the Social Security Administration does not have a clearly defined process. Therefore, our firm did exactly what the Judge instructed us to do. Clearly, dcarri did not feel it appropriate and neither did we, but we had to jump through the hoops laid before us. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They were very good at first and did help me win my case... but... When I hired them we agreed to 25% of my award if I win or $6000, whichever was less. So I won, the court auto withholds 25% (over 12,000), pays the lawyer their amount (should have been 6k) then is supposed to pay me the rest. The problem started when my lawyer died during my two year case. Someone else in their firm took over and I was told nothing would change.
