Alex Christensen made me so very happy. My 3 diamond ring, which is 46 yrs old needed re tipping. It is yellow gold but had white gold settings. It was never quite right. Christensen Jewelers was the first jewelry store I contacted for an engagement ring and it ended up being the right choice. Not only did they guide me through the process of selecting the perfect setting, but they also showed me several diamonds and explained the price and quality difference between all of them. A lady at work referred me to Christensen Jewelers because she said they fixed her ring that kept snagging on her sweaters. I went into the store with my friend and they cleaned and polished my rings for me without charging me and gave me a free coffee while I waited. They seemed to be a little understaffed on the day I was in there. I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything. It was a refreshing change from some of the mall stores I take my rings to to get checked up.
A+ service. I called them at about noon and they said they could have my broken ring fixed the same day. I am shocked at how it looks brand new. I will definitely recommend to my friends.
