I’ve had work done on a couple of different vehicles that I owned by this company today they complementary patched a tire that I did not even purchase from them. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. In my opinion you cannot go wrong by trusting your vehicle maintenance repair or tire replacement with this company, especially the one on Washington. They’re always honest and they always do a great job. I have never had an issue with them.
I had a very poor experience at this location. I brought my vehicle in for specific repairs, but I left feeling like the services I was charged for were not actually provided. To make matters worse, I explicitly mentioned my warranty, yet the team made no effort to contact the warranty company to verify coverage for the repairs. It’s a major red flag when a big name like this charges a customer full price without even attempting to check their existing coverage.
