Unprofessional. Does not care about mental health. During well child visits she’d barely even look at my child. My experience with Altru pediatrics was much much better.
I had Dr. Jones as my and my son's primary for a little over a year and she was great! Very open, responsive, and thorough.
She did not introduce herself to me or my daughter. She was very dry, not personable, short with words, and didn't do a well child exam at all. My daughter really needed the mental health screen which wasnt even mentioned. It's almost felt like she had a personal problem with us. She blamed everything on my daughter's weight. Hair loss, lose weight. Hives, lose weight. I asked her to refer daughter to a nutritionist or dietitian and you'd think I asked for drugs.
