My experience wasn’t so good, when moving in we paid 3 times the rent and on our first night there wa no electricity because of an outstanding. There were a lot of things not in order in the house and those things were not fixed and I moved into the house. Nothing was fixed before I moved on and the only thing I keep hearing about previous tenants. That was not my problem, I paid my money and had to deal with all of that.
