Terrible facilty that should be shut down.(which says alot being that it IS NORTH Philadelphia). In short, the staff here are extremely unprofessional frauds that have no business being in this field. The facility is runned down and has been under construction for years. The inside alot looks like a prison when you walk in. Staff consistly bully residents and gossip about them and those who ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEM (family, loved ones, case managers, basically anyone who is not EMPLOYEE).
