My best friend had her baby recently here. If I could give the hospital no stars and leave a review I would. Her baby was born healthy and crying and was whisked away to the nursery and she was unable to hold him for three hours after a c-section. Her husband tried to hold the baby skin-to-skin in the nursery which was second best to mom and he was told it is not allowed in the nursery???! Really?? Love this hospital. We transferred from South Suburban after my mom was diagnosed with leukemia and are so grateful that we did. The nurses are the best and every precaution is taken to prevent infection. South suburban was filthy and the nurses were awful. Thank you so much for your patience and care at Christ!
My son was born with CHD and was transported to Hope in first hors of his life. Dr. Ilbawi, Van Bergen and the rest of Cardiac Unit staff took an excellent care of him. After a couple of ups and downs we took my baby home after a month. Could not ask for a better care !!! Thank you
My son was a congential heart patient at Hope Children's Hospital and they killed him. All readers beware of this hospital. My son went in for a fluid build up and later died at the hands of a doctor that was unfamiliar with his condition and this doctor did not check with my son's doctor prior to treating him, which I think is very important. A drainage tube was inserted into my sons chest improperly, of which killed him. Please, please, please beware of this hospital. I have so many regrets of even taking him to this hospi... read more
The doctors here are the best. My kids loved the doctors they were around and when they felt sick the staff helped them feel better. Very good.
