Rude staff. Will cancel your appointment last minute, but if you run 10 minutes late due to traffic they will cancel your appointment no questions asked. One of the least professional doctors offices I’ve had the unfortunate experience of dealing with.

I took my mother to an appointment where we were sent away after being told that she couldn't have ibuprofen 2 days before, which we have done before but we have never been told this before, on top of that the scheduler did not tell us this in there steps to come. When brought up we were told not all schedulers are nurses and don't know what they are doing and telling people. The nurse was rude and mean and we didn't even see the doctor.
