Needed my windshield replaced. Called Chris and he answered right away. No automated system. A live direct person. Provided me with a quote. I did compare it to about 8 others in town. He wasn't the lowest quote but I went with him because he is mobile! No having to wait at a shop, so I paid a little bit more ($20 difference) which is very reasonable!!!!!
