RecommendedI purchased a used BMW and searched to find a place that would work on them. I decided on Chris's and am happy I did. I went in for an oil change and had them check out the car. very thorough and reasonably priced. I will continue taking my car there.

I've had Chris's Auto Repair work on two of my vehicles. Joe was super helpful in helping me work through a warranty claim and went out of his way several times to help me out to achieve a resolution. He made what could have been a nightmare of an experience an overall easy one and after all was said and done my total was less than what was quoted and they honored that. What a joke of a shop 😂 took them 5 hours to "fix" the problem which they didnt even fix! they also dont gurantee their work even when the paper work says otherwise. Vehicle started having the same issue within a month of it leaving the shop tried to get it back in and they said we could take the vehicle elsewhere!
they are dishonest over charge and great at misdiagnosing issues if you are interested in wasting both your time and money I would highly recommend this place they pay great detail to their lobby to distract you from the inexperience in the shop the only way I would return is if Brandon bought the shop back from crooked Chris renamed it auto docs and cleaned house this place is an absolute disaster it's no wonder why the only honest person that worked under crooked Chris is no longer there

Highly recommend!! Chris was incredibly helpful while I was freaking out about car trouble in the middle of our road trip. He was cool and calm and helped ease my mind when I thought I was stuck in SD! He fixed our problem quickly and reassured us that it wasnt serious. Norma was so kind to offer us snacks and soda and even some neat places to check out while we waited. If I ever end up in Sioux Falls again and need help with my car this is the only place I'll be going. Thanks again Chris!!!
I had my first visit there this morning!! Wow! I was cold so the owner offered to turn up the heat. I said "no" I will go get my jacket! But nope, the owner went out to my car and got my jacket! This place is full of the upmost integrity. My oil change was 20.00 cheaper than anywhere else! I will definitely be back! Thank you for a pleasant experience!
