Good guy...down to earth..very helpful
Impossible to get ahold of and will not answer your questions regarding claims. Recently moved to Indiana Farm Bureau which was cheaper (better) coverage with a much kinder agent.
Great customer service.
Insurance agent may be good ..but when needed for a rental verification would not return any calls and ignored all communication..even when we could see he was reading our messages. As a landlord he should follow through for tenants, even if in the past. Would not recommend this person as a landlord or insurance agent just on the fact he doesn't respect the people he is dealing with....only if you are currently paying him....sad.
