During a time that could feel stressful and overwhelming, working with Chris was a joy! Chris is an excellent realtor. He worked diligently and was proactive and resourceful. He was able to single out a couple of strong potential buyers following the first tour of the apartments for sale (an "as is" sale) and closed the deal within four months.
Highly recommend. Chris was flexible when I had to shift timing of my sale. He was insightful and easy to work with. The sale could not have gone better or more smooth.
