This review is way long overdue! Chris was referred to me by a childhood neighbor who used him to sell her parents' house. I had a semi complicated situation where I needed to get my mom's house on the market at the end of the season and my mom had some legal complications going on at the same time that could impact the whole process. Chris is an excellent realtor. He worked diligently and was proactive and resourceful. He was able to single out a couple of strong potential buyers following the first tour of the apartments for sale (an "as is" sale) and closed the deal within four months.
