Dr. Spinelli is amazing with my grandson. He listens to him and truly tries to help him with solutions to how he's feeling. He also listens to my concerns. When I have to call with questions the response usually comes the same day.
Would leave zero stars if possible. Saw this provider in February. Less than an hour before the appointment they called to move it to a video appointment. We went through the process and saw him in person the following week or so. I was told the report would be mailed to me for my own records. I waited and waited. Called and requested the reports for the ECSE program, never got them. Called more. Never got the report. Never got the ophthalmologist referral he suggested either. STAY AWAY!!! Absolutely unacceptable experience. This doctor is supposed to specialize in behavioral health, yet he couldn’t even manage his own behavior. He yelled at a mother during an appointment — completely unprofessional and downright disturbing. No one seeking help, especially in a vulnerable moment, should be treated this way. If you care at all about respect, compassion, or professionalism, look elsewhere. This kind of behavior is not just disappointing — it’s dangerous.
We have 1 child that is on medication, and there just so happens to be a shortage of this medicine, so when we find a pharmacy, we want to act on it as quick as possible before it becomes unavailable again. We usually do a LOT of calling around everytime he is up for a refill, but he is slow at responding to these requests and not only that, when he does refill them, he sends them to the wrong place very frequently as well.
