I have been going to Chris Birdwell since 1998. He and his staff always greet me with warmth, humor, and professionalism. I am a tough case, with massive reconstructive facial surgery, two sets of braces, lots of work done over the years. Chris has been there every step of the way, mapping the road, listening carefully to my concerns and goals, making recommendations without ever pressuring me. I now enjoy inprecedented dental health by following his advice.

Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Birdwell & Guffy I love this place! The staff is very friendly and the billing staff is very straightforward. They are very accommodating and fast. The wait time in lobby is minimal.
