Clean, friendly, I felt safe leaving my belongings there. No leaks or mice. I definitely would use his facility's again. I highly recommend him
Chris Pitts has multiple locations in this area. They had a 10 x 20 unit ready and available. It was cleaner than many units I've rented elsewhere and the whole transaction was handled with professional ease. While moving furniture to the unit I found myself without my key, and he helped me located a locksmith who helped me get into my unit.
I don’t live close to the lake and being able to store my boat close was very convenient. The location and ease of getting in and out of the storage facility was wonderful. Very responsive to phone calls super friendly. Will most definitely use them again during the boating season.
My experience was great with this storage. Mr. Pitts was always nice to me and the storage unit was clean and climate controlled.
Rented 2 buildings for 2 months. Great communication. Would rent again
