Chris is one of the best realtors around and also just a great person.
In 2023 we sold our first new construction home with Chris and Kelly. As time has passed and I’ve continued to watch the real estate market, I’ve come to realize how accurate and helpful Chris’s insight on pricing and marketing was. He helped us sell that home at the height of the run up in interest rates that fall. In this home market as much as any other, you need a knowledgeable and honest perspective on pricing and negotiating and Chris is the man for the job!
Chris and his wife Kelly were the best during our process of buying a house. With our extra wants for a home due to two families living together they were very helpful in thinking outside the box and were always available when needed. They were great with quick communicating and so helpful with our 2yr old while we toured homes! Will be recommending them to anyone who asks for a great relator! They made this process so smooth!
After 6 months with my previous realtor my house was still not sold. Chris was recommended by a close friend and has been absolutely wonderful. He helped me sell my house in a timely manner and is currently helping me find another. I highly recommend Chris if you are needing a solid realtor!
Chris Phillips is the best its nothing he can't do. Ask you shall be heard and he makes it happen. Chris is also very kind human he cares about your feelings at the same time he's thinking what more can I do to be a better realtor even thou he is the best.
