My husband and I did quite a bit of research into ortho doctors in the area, so I was comfortable with what I knew about Dr. Bales before my visit. Staff was nice and I didn't have to wait long to actually see him. He was very personable and answered all my questions. Factoring in all I said and what x-rays showed, he chose a conservative route, doing the minimum at this point to see if it heals on its own. Dr. Bales did surgery on my husband's left shoulder. His nurse was friendly and helpful. Dr. Bales was prompt and very informative. His office staff set up surgery and called several times before the day of surgery. Dr. Bales came into room before surgery and made sure my husband was ok and went through procedure again. Surgery was over and we went home impressed with everything. Two days later on a Sunday, Dr. Bales personally called to check on my husband. Dr.Bales is an AMAZING doctor.

Dr. Bales performed shoulder surgery on my left shoulder. I had lost the use of my left arm due to an injury over 3 months prior to surgery. He was very informative, and helpful throughout the process and has made a tremendous impact on my life and ability to regain use of my arm. He takes the time to talk to you and address any concerns or issues you might have. I highly recommend this physician!
