The experience was strange. Although Dr. Miller is probably one of many good ortho surgeons in the DFW area, meeting him and especially the office environment was less than exciting. They are the only practice in the county that requires payment (above Medicare) at the time of visit. Their business acumen is scary bad and a staff wants to argue rather than listen. I had surgery for a torn rotator cuff and bicep tendon tear about 7 weeks ago. I did a lot of research on who I wanted to do the surgery. Dr. Miller kept coming up as the best choice. He explained the surgery, the recovery and really addressed all of my concerns. The surgery itself went as planned, although I was holding out hope there wasn't a tear. I have had 2 hips and 2 knees replaced, and Dr. Chris Miller is far and away the best surgeon around! I was very reluctant to have this second knee replaced due to all the pain and trouble I had with the other surgeries. A friend recommended Dr. Miller, and I am so grateful for his major contribution to my well-being. He is thorough, compassionate, and takes his time with you, answering all questions, and is very encouraging. You will not find a better, more talented surgeon anywhere!
I waited 1 hour to be seeing by dr Miller , and then another 30 minutes after I got into his office . Then I when I actually saw him , he was very Quick , not enough explanation. Disappointing !
Dr. Miller performed bilateral knee replacement surgery ten weeks ago. I am so happy with the results. My friends can’t believe I had both knees replaced in one day. The first week after surgery was intense, but it’s so worth getting them both done at once. Dr. Miller’s technique leaves you with minimal scarring, and he doesn’t cut any muscles . I finished my physical therapy , and I’m feeling great. Dr. Miller, and his staff are friendly and very professional. I highly recommend him for knee replacement surgery.

Dr. Miller is an excellent doctor with impeccable bedside manner. He just did my total knee replacement surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the results. His staff is also top notch, very professional and friendly.
