Chris made the process of buying my first home a breeze! He guided me through each step, from start to finish. I had always heard that buying/selling a home is a complicated and stressful process. Fortunately, that was not my experience at all. In fact, due to his knowledge/expertise, I don't think it could have gone more smoothly! Not to mention his willingness/patience in answering all the questions a first time buyer has. I highly recommend working with Chris to anyone buying or selling a home.

I had been told by my lender I could not buy a house. Chris went out of his way to send me to a new lender. It took longer than normal due to my circumstances and he went above and beyond working with the sellers to be patient. I now own a home and owe it all to Chris. Thank you so much and I would not recommend anybody but him.

I could not imagine getting any better service with selling my home (very fast), than I did with Chris Meadows. Especially valuable to me was Chris's recommendations for improvements that helped me get my buyer. He always returned my calls timely which is a very big deal to me. He was straight-forward and is a results person. I wanted the best and I got it with Chris as my selling agent.

Chris was awesome to work with my list of expectations and action items when we started looking for our home was meet. He took the time to look, relook and then for a third time look gain sometimes at the same house to make sure we were happy. Chris will put you at ease and treat you like a friend

Chris is our "go to" real estate agent, for anything having to do with the Vancouver, WA area. He said he could sell our property for a certain price, in a specific short time period, and then proceeded to do exactly what he said he would do.

He is always responsive and helpful. His knowledge and experience has always been proven every time my husband and I call upon him and his services. He listens to our wants and needs and provides us with whatever information we need. If a problem comes up, he is always helpful in finding a solution or if he is unable to find a solution he points us in the direction we need to find it. My husband and I have great faith in him and his knowledge and will continue to do business with him in the future.
