I have been with allstate ins. for years. I moved to a different state and had to switch my state or residence. Doing so I lost all my discounts, all of them. I am not sure why but the gentleman said I needed a whole new policy. Because of this I lost $404 in discounts. I am not very happy.
Call FEMA, That was their response. Not I'll send someone out to look and see what's going on..Denied the claim without ever seeing it. Your not in good hands with Allstate. FEMA is their easy out right now, GOD help the people who are worse off than me
I have always been pleased with this Allstate agency! the customer service is great and everyone has always been helpful and friendly!
