I've been managing my spinal pain pretty well for 20 years. Dr. M helped initially with an implant trial. However, after about 3 years, I needed some adjustments to current management. When I called they said; "IN ORDER TO SEE DR. MALINKY AGAIN, YOU WILL NEED A REFERRAL LETTER"!! Honestly?? Simply look at my record. That's what medical records are for!! What a horrible way to run a practice.
Well run office seen at scheduled time. ESI done one month ago with excellent result very pleased with physician and office. My only complaint is that I only received one reminder call that states appointment time once.

Update: my back got so painful I decided to return to this pain clinic, but this time I got sedation and it was much better. The staff was very nice, and with the sedation the injection wasn't nearly as painful. I would recommend Dr. malinky if you're ok with a quick visit and very limited exposure to the Dr. Dr. Malinky was nice enough in my first visit, but forgot to call in my steroid prescription.
