Absolute zero care for the patient and HORRENDOUS customer service. I was seeing them for pain management and have moved out of state. They agreed to continue medication management until I've had the chance to get a new pain mgmt provider. A few months later and I found the new provider and they sent a referral BUT my new provider can't see me for another month. Doctor malinki owns the worst pain management clinic in Colorado Springs. In addition to not returning phone calls, The clinic injected me on the wrong side of my thigh and refused to reschedule to the correct procedure. I cannot recommend this provider or clinic.

If you are looking for a pain doctor, go elsewhere. Dr. Mailinky seems to be okay if you somehow manage to get through the office staff and phone system to get an appointment. After the initial appointment, you are SOL as you aren't getting back through. They say 48 hours for a return phone call. Still waiting after 30 days.

I've been managing my spinal pain pretty well for 20 years. Dr. M helped initially with an implant trial. However, after about 3 years, I needed some adjustments to current management. When I called they said; "IN ORDER TO SEE DR. MALINKY AGAIN, YOU WILL NEED A REFERRAL LETTER"!! Honestly?? Simply look at my record. That's what medical records are for!! What a horrible way to run a practice.
