I chose Chris Lee as my realtor for the sale of my house in South Tuscaloosa, off McPherson Landing road, off of hwy 69s. Chris was very responsive in giving me tips to prepare the house for listing, pictures, and viewings. Chris was very helpful in the hard topic of deciding a price for the listing. Throughout the whole process Chris was timely in his responses, and was quick to get answers as needed from the potential buyers. I will recommend Chris to anyone who asks, and would definitely use again if needed!
We had a great experience with RealtySouth and Chris Lee. We asked him to show us places near UA campus where he would have his own daughter live. He gave us comps on all the places we looked at with all that was included, safety, location, cameras, etc…. I had to move from mobile to Tuscaloosa I sent Chris houses and he went to the houses and FaceTime me so I could see the house while I was in the field for my job since I couldn't be there in person.
