Did an amazing job working with both my kids! Staff is helpful and caring!
I made the mistake of trying to seek therapy here after my diagnosis. Instead of helping, he tried to rediagnose me based on side effects of meds and not my normal behavior. It was impossible explaining to him the proven fact that serotonin syndrome from SSRI meds can make people act Manic. This is well known, unless you're "old school," then the patient is just bipolar but never showed signs until SSRIs were introduced. It’s pretty obvious that healthcare is subpar in Muskegon County. I had hope for this place until the appointment just witnessed. Every medical and especially mental health “professional” around here is completely for profit. Telling a vulnerable patient to trust clinical decisions that could have damaged him physically and permanently because Jensen Yee and Wiaduck are buddies.
