Chris was incredibly thoughtful and professional realtor who was patient with us navigating the difficult real estate market of San Diego. He is a San Diego native and has extensive knowledge of all neighborhoods. Chris‘s extensive experience came into came in handy while we were in contract and we were ultimately able to close early despite several hiccups from the seller. Looking forward to calling Chris again for purchase of our next property.

October 2023 update: We have now worked with Chris and Erin on both the buy side and sell side. They effectively marketed our home for a recent sale and once again proved themselves as top notch.
