I brought my 6 year old son to Chris Howe on the heals of the lockdown. I needed something for him to do to burn some energy and I thought martial arts might be something we could do together. I was a little hesitant getting in the mat as I didn’t know what to expect. Four years later it has become a part of our life and we look forward to class every week. Whether you looking for a good community, a different type of workout, solid self-defense, or to be a competitor, Chris provides a perfect environment, with the knowledge of a instructor whose game is competition proven.
