I called Chris by mistake bc I intended to call Chris HVAC in Simpsonville SC. I'm in Anderson SC, not Summerville. He called back within 5 minutes and suggested and recommended a solution to my problem. He was very polite and informative even though we realized I had called the wrong company. If I was close to him, I would definitely use his company and would highly recommend him just from this brief experience

So I called as soon as he opened on a Monday morning at 8am. He was at my house by 9:30 and the problem fixed at 10. He was on time. Showed us what was wrong. Highly professional. Also didn't cost an arm and leg. I will be using him in the future for all A/C issues. Thank you Mr. Chris. You are a life saver. :) (Hubby was also impressed and that doesn't happen often 🤣🤣) Again thank you. You have another long term customer.

Chris is an outstanding professional and technician. I can't say enough about his responsiveness and communication throughout my heating issue. Not only did he show up on time, but made an extremely last minute appointment with me and brought our home back from the ice age. He was very thorough in explaining the issue and walked me through every step. Five stars is definitely not enough!

I got 10 quotes and these guys blew the other guys out the water and showed up same day! Very professional, very affordable, very friendly and ill do whatever I can to spread the word about these guys's workmanship and value all around. I can't thank them enough.
