The worst experience renting ever. Count on them not to fix anything. You'll be without water, a toilet, and even have issues with rodents, scorpions, worms, and spiders, and they not care. End up spending extra money trying to battle these things and repairs on your own rather than what it's worth. They'll lie and lie and lie again to get what they want, money. Count in no deposit back. Count on these ppl scamming you out of everything they can which is why they only do a 30 day contract, nothing more. Not safe for children... read more
Shady landlord. Do not rent from these people, the property’s are old, broken and falling apart. My apartment has mold and the ac never works correctly. Very overpriced for the quality. Borderline unlivable.
