We recently worked with Alli to find new tenants for our house in Carpinteria. She was very proactive and took on finding tenants with enthusiasm. Her great local knowledge was an asset in screening potential tenants. She also assisted with the move in of the new tenant as I was not able to be there personally on the day. I highly recommend Alli!
