Before signing agreement, his partner Ryan agreed to have my property professionally cleaned and also agreed that the terms and conditions of contract would only be valid on the first day it is listed on MLS. No good! Beware!
In my opinion, Chris Grant is a Snake! He is Mr Wonderful and will say anything, until you sign with him. He lied to me, manipulating me to sign with him, and when he didn't deliver on his promises, I asked to get out of the contract amicably, that's when the True Snake came out, Demanding 2.5% payment first! He is now holding me and my home Hostage! He never even came to my home! He's Never Once even stepped foot in my home! 2.5 percent for what...believing you had integrity?
