I should’ve written this review a while back, but due to the trauma my child has endured. it has taken me a while . I took her in for ingrown toenails. We made the appt saw the Dr , just for him to come in and say yes they are ingrown, let’s get her scheduled to remove. I recommend we do one at a time because she has a medical condition. He agreed! The Staff has always been kind and professional to me and Dr. Bowers is always thorough and on time. He explains all your concerns.
My daughter has had issues with ingrown toenails since she was a toddler. We have been to many doctors and several have removed them only for them to grow back. Dr. Bowers and his staff have been the first ones to explain that her toe bed is wider than the toe. They "killed" the sides and we've had no problems since. The staff has always been kind and patient dealing with a young child in severe pain. Dr. Bowers has explained to us how to cut her nails appropriately and has a great attitude. Thank you! Thank you!
Very unprofessional! He sends a clerk into the exam room to me my test results because he refuses to put a mask per my request for safety because of my health issues! When I insisted that I see the doctor for more details, he came in (without a mask) and said this was his office and NO ONE had to wear a mask because it wasn't required by him.
