Not just another operator – Went in today to see Chris, as usual came out with not only a great hair cut, but also left feeling like the person cutting my hair really wanted to make me happy. Chris is a wonderful stylist, and also a great friend. I have had her do my color for almost twenty years now-she stays on top of new techniques, products etc. My hair always looks shining after the color-some secret formula she uses.

some thoughts about this stylist – Usually I go to one of those salon-spas but find that I am paying for the fancy decor rather that the good work on my hair. I finally decided that I wanted to find someone who establishes a relationship with the customer that we both build on and that I can depend on to give consistant care to my hair. She is rated best because she is! – I have tried several salons and stylists in the Tri-Valley that have been disappointments for one reason or another, but Chris exceeded expectations in every way. When she works on my hair I feel she genuinely is happy I am there. She doesn't overbook, making me feel she is rushing through to get to the next person, and when she finishes I actually love the way my hair looks, and she explains how to get the look at home. My hair is my identity... – I have extremely long hair. I do not let anyone cut or color it unless I have extreme confidence in them. When Christine saw the length she did not try to talk me into cutting more than I was comfortable with. She just said "Let's take this slow" and that she did. Prom do – I had Chris style my hair and several of my friends hair for the prom. Each one was unique, beautiful, and lasted all night. I've had my hair done before for an event and it did not last until I went out. This year was great. I was very happy.

Who would have thought... – I'd find the best stylist ever on the Internet? Yep, Chris lives up to her reputation just great with me. She did color that was out of this world, and is great with a flat iron! My hair never looked this good. I will admit that I wanted a spa experience and Chris rents a chair in a nail shop, but for the end result-I'll go to tyhe spa another time.

Once I saw her I knew she was good – Walked in and was courteously seated until she finished the customer in the chair. Even though she had not anticipated taking another client, she was happy to fit me in. I did not feel she was rushing through my cut, or that she was in a hurry at all. The conversation was upbeat, and by the time I was done I felt like an old friend. My hair was fried when I found Chris – After too much color etc. my hair was extremely damaged. I was so frustrated at stylists who do anything for money. Chris told me to stop using chemicals and started a series of conditioning treatments. She uses a unique product that can only be purchased through one distributor in the US. It worked really well-after the first treatment my hair was noticeably shinier and felt 100% better. I was sold on the product and the stylist. I would recommend Chris to anyone.

Nice person, great work – I just moved to this area and was looking for someone to do my hair. Another mom suggested I try Chris. She told me good things so I thought I'd try. Came away with a great new look, and felt like I had made a friend. My husband also tried Chris and was very happy with his cut. I certainly will go back and tell all my friends.
