Ugly hair no more... – After reading umteen reviews I decided to call Chris to see what see could do with my ugly hair. I walked in and was immediately greeted, asked to have a seat and watched Chris finish the customer in the chair. I was impressed and that made me feel more comfortable about using a new stylist. Chris was on time, she spent time with me learning my likes etc, repeated back to me what she thought I was telling her, then went to work to create the style I had discussed with her. She never fails me – Chris has done my color several times now. Each time she asks questions to see what might be different. (She keeps records on all customers) and patiently works to give me the best color I have ever had. I come away each time with beautiful color and a cut/style that works well with my features and lifestyle. I have never had such a dedicated hair stylist.
my wife loces her – My wife is finally happy with my hair. For years she has complained about the cuts I got in those in and out shops. Chris takes time to see ther are no lines in my fade, and the top hair lies down really well. I can tell her what was good and bad about the last cut and she never takes issue with that. For the first time in many yeard I like my hair. Try her!
3rd generation and i love her too! – Both my mom and granny have been clients of Chris for years. At first I thought she might not keep up with current fashion since she has been doing hair so long but no, Chris constantly learns new stuff to try and does some very high fashion color. Most of my friends comment on my color and I always send them to Chris. I never worry that they won't be happy Chris is very versatile. My only suggestion is plan ahead but it will be worth it.

book ahead-it's worth it! – Chris is getting busy-she is worth the wait. I just had her re-color my hair after another stylist really messed it up, and I love the new colorand the cut also. My friend told me about her and now I want to tell everyone I know! She is sweet, she listens like an old friend, and you really know how much she cares about her customers. Why can't they all be as service oriented? – This morning I had an appointment with Chris and was happy to see that she was on time, courteous, no, friendly, and the work she did on my color and cut was truly first rate. She did not rush through the cut, she cut, then evaluated how it fell and then worked out the little quirks out one at a time. I used to travel quite a distance for my hair extensions-San Gabriel in fact! My friend told me about Chris Hanson in Pleasanton, so I decided to give her a go at it. WOW! My hair is long, thick, and there is no demarcation line that you often see with cheap extensions. The color blend is beautiful-my hair absolutely shimmers when I move. She will only use the best hair available and the connectors enable her to take the extensions out and reuse them when they grow out. Saves $$$$$ in the long run. Extensions??? – Chris did my extensions today and they are BEAUTIFUL!! She uses great hair and several techniques depending on your existing hair. Mine were sort of connected with a tiny ring. They lay perfectly flat against my head so they are easy to hide with my hair. We added some highlights throughout and she blended the rest of the hair with several colors so they don't all look the same. Her prices are good too, much less than some others I have looked into.
