Everyone was very nice and helpful
I had a vasectomy at Southern Urology. It was relatively painless and fast. The Staff and Dr. Fontenot were courteous and professional.
He acknowledged me, followed up with me, and made me feel comfortable in a situation I find awkward. He takes time to understand and to explain. I highly recommend Dr. Fontenot
I have been seeing Dr Fontenot for a few years. The last few years my appointments have been unproductive. His focus is on the computer and can’t seem to find results of ultrasound. Just says everything is ok. Then just gets up and walks out. I told the nurse and she said he’s hard of hearing.
My husband was seen for fertility issues. Dr. Fontenot seems to be a good surgeon and knowledgeable but has terrible bedside manner. For example, he would say what he had to say and just walk out the room. No goodbye or anything. Made us feel as if he didn’t like us on a personal level for some reason.

I have been seeing Dr Fontenot all my adult life! He is an exceptional doctor. He is the only Dr that was knowledgeable about my disease. He helps me and listens to me. Great bedside manner. His staff is great!!
I have had Dr. Fontenot as a urologist for several years. He is easy to talk to and cares greatly for his patients.
