Hello, I’m the service manager for dealership in Northern California. The Chris Collins “Top Dog” program took us to the next level. Great people, that know the business. “Just do it”
How service writing would work if the Nazi’s had won the war. Literally asks you to have employees wear purple Nike shoes and ask to commit suicide like cultists. Insulting to listen to if you are a Foreman who knows office and actual hands on. Knows nothing about wrenching.
Helped jump start our service drive and fixed ops. Worked with coach Heather who I cannot thank enough. Our numbers are climbing and it's a direct result of simple changes in our procedures. This program works and I can't wait to have a full year to see the growth. Thank you again Heather
