They have numerous lots in my neighborhood for sale that they refuse to clean or take care of. They’re overgrown and full of trash. They’ve been written letters from the city and still haven’t made an attempt to clean up.
We love our home! Incredible quality and attention to detail. The warranty department is very attentive and prompt. Highly recommend.
Chris Burton's attention to detail in his homes is outstanding. What really sticks out is his customer service. Recently, I had an issue come up that was a very costly one and I was well outside my warranty window. I contacted Chris and without hesitation, they fixed it for me in a very timely and gracious manner with zero cost to me. I love everything about the house and would recommend him as a builder to anyone.
