Recently an electrical storm killed our refrigerator and because the department store service department could not get to us for 3 weeks I started to search for other options. I was so glad to find Mr. C****. He fit us into his busy schedule within 24 hours and when he arrived it was obvious that his objective is to help people to help themselves whenever possible in order to prevent unnecessary service calls.
