The gray haired nurse/doctors assistant on shift in afternoon was extremely rude. The entire office refuses any accountability. Emphysema prescriptions were wrong dose and refill requests to correct the dose sent by the pharmacy were ignored for a month. When i finally made it in to figure out what was going on, I went back and forth with the pharmacy and doctors office to see who was lying.
