Im giving this facility this review due to the awful way I was treated by an NP named Brande Andrews. She was THE MOST unprofessional, disrespectful, unempathetic medical ‘professional’ I’ve ever encountered. She refused to help with my needs, told me she wouldn’t ’meal piece’ together a medical plan for me, and when I asked, “So it just sucks to suck then?” She looked me dead in the face and said ‘yep’. The last dozen reviews of this clinic should be a sign of the culture and isuses that seem to be persistent. Been going to this clinic since BEFORE it was under this name and before it moved to this location. Probably close to 15 years if not more. The provider turnover here is crazy, we rarely see the same doc twice. But because we rarely have to go in to be seen, it's just not a big enough deal. The worst doctors office I have ever been to in my life. Do not use. They have no idea what they are doing. I called to see if they take my insurance. They said yes. I then scheduled to cone in for a physical. (preventitive). The day before my appointment I get a reminder for my appointment at 10:20. I arrive at 9:50. They can’t keep a simple vaccination record straight and will argue with a parent who was in the room, spoke with nurses, and was present the entire appointment about what was and wasn’t given.
