Our dr always goes above and beyond to answer any questions or make sure my daughter is doing well. Love this place I am editing my review the dr is amazing but new policies have made it impossible to be seen I’m not sure how to get an appointment anymore I r spoken to the nurse the front desk. Still no appointment has been made.
You guys drop a baby? You should definitely get low stars for that! My child needs care but you drop him? 🤦♀️ people are struggling and it is actually illegal to have that policy.
Extremely frustrating how I can never get a hold of the front desk and when I leave messages, I don’t hear back.
North Care has been great to our family! They’ve been able to fit us in when needed and have taken great care of our children. Mary Ann is awesome! She’s so patient, thorough and instills the confidence we need to be great parents. Would recommend her!!
Recently swapped pediatrics offices due to the fact for almost every appointment I tried to scheduled for minor illnesses that a pediatricians office should be able to address, I would need to speak to a triage nurse to ensure we shouldn't rush to the emergency room. I listed a symptom such as fatigue, that triggered a 45 minute phone wait at 7am to have a 5 minute conversation with a nurse that had questions and made it seem as if I knew nothing, before being able to keep my appointment.
