I am seeing a lot of similar reviews to the one I am about to write. First off, we have had multiple issues with this Doctors office from scheduling issues, to dealing with rude and disrespectful staff. I put all of that aside until our last visit with Julia Tanguay and I will no longer be taking my child to her or anyone in that office. Receptionists here need to replaced or retrained. Zero care for children and lack of respect. Confusion on how to book appointments and then say they will “ding” you for their inability to properly book. Plenty of other places in the springs that take accountability and care for children, but this place isn’t one of them.
Our dr always goes above and beyond to answer any questions or make sure my daughter is doing well. Love this place I am editing my review the dr is amazing but new policies have made it impossible to be seen I’m not sure how to get an appointment anymore I r spoken to the nurse the front desk. Still no appointment has been made.
You guys drop a baby? You should definitely get low stars for that! My child needs care but you drop him? 🤦♀️ people are struggling and it is actually illegal to have that policy.
