I went to this practice to get a procedure done by Dr. Adler, who I never saw either before or after the procedure. When I have had procedures anywhere else I have seen the doctor before and after. So big surprise and disappointment. My doctor gave me a referral about a month ago to this place. I have called 4 times to try to get an appointment and was greeted with voicemail on each attempt. I think the intake person just doesn't do her job as I have yet to get a call back.
Each contact I have had with staff proves to be kind, caring, respectful, and professional.
Very nice,friendly and helpful staff
