I’m disappointed at the lack of customer care in the part of the Practice Manager for this group. I called with a concern and she expressed apologies and stated this concern would not occur again. I’m glad to hear this, but it did not fix my issue. She “shushed” me while I was telling her why I understood, to a degree, her authority level as I hold a similar position in a veterinary hospital. Lizbeth Gibson was easily the best gastroenterologist I've been to! I am very happy with how thorough she was and how incredibly nice her demeanor is! I highly recommend her if you have any abdominal pain or need for a gastroenterologist. I have been struggling to diagnose my celiacs since I had already quit eating gluten before my previous tests... But I feel I'm on the right path now thanks to her! I appreciate your great work and I'm glad to have found your office, Thank you guys.
