I was disappointed today. This was the 1st time I've been transported by this company, and I had my service dog with me because I'm disabled. This company was notified that I had my service dog when the ride was scheduled. Apparently they didn't tell the driver. She asked me to put my service dog in the back of the van so that he would be far away from her and I said no, he's not going to hurt you and he's working and taking care of me. Her response?
