NEVER have I ever seen such a poor management company as is this one. If you rent a property or own one that is managed by them, DO NOT stay. For starters, they didnt pay for grounds keeping yet they charge a hefty fee. They did not pay the garbage disposal company and for almost 2 months, its been locked FULLY LOADED and the smell is disgusting.
