This company was chosen by my HOA to manage the complex. So far my and other tenants experience with them has been very poor. It seems all they do is send endless emails quoting rules and increasing fees. I have yet to see a true benefit of having this company manage the complex. Everyone keeps wanting change for the better- to me, It’s time for the tenants to dissolve this relationship, force a change of property management and the board members. Forget about any positive rating, this company earns a negative 5 star rating. Only reason they get a star is you can't post a review without at least one star. As a condo owner all our concerns are to be directed to our propery managers - Chown. Emails to them are never answered. Conversations are dismissive and condescending. I wouldn't hire these guys to manage a dog house.
They don't deserve one star even , in winter bad service , in spring the worst. We pay fees for no services. I asked them to remove the thistle , but no response .
January 4, 2023 All negative reviews ring true and the few 5 star ones are most likely either work for him or related to him some way! We are planning to buy a property in Heritage Village, Vineland. Read all the frightening reviews about Chown Prop. Mgt. company, so called the company and asked DON CHOWN which parts of Heritage Village they "manage". He said he didn't know!!! Rent pricing and parking policies are absolutely vile, if not outright predatory. No real name on this account for fear of getting evicted.
