This company was chosen by my HOA to manage the complex. So far my and other tenants experience with them has been very poor. It seems all they do is send endless emails quoting rules and increasing fees. I have yet to see a true benefit of having this company manage the complex. Everyone keeps wanting change for the better- to me, It’s time for the tenants to dissolve this relationship, force a change of property management and the board members.
