Service was slow at first, it took awhile to get a drink order. The clam chowder was very bland. The Seafood platter was great & so was the grilled scallops.
I visited this particular restrant for the 2nd time in depot bay where the food was not the same quality as I am used to. The train was not working and the waitress was rude and very slow. I was looking forward to the fish and chips that we normally get at the Nyle beach location and we they arrived they did not taste very fresh plus the waitress gave us two orders when we told here we only wanted one to share. Great atmosphere and very fresh food. I wish the chowder was a little better (not enough clams and a little salty).
Its ok. Pissed because 2nd time in a row that I went there and they didn't have the bread bowl..
RecommendedThe food was good. Nice location along the walkway full of shops. The staff was not as friendly as we had hoped, but maybe we caught them on a bad day.
Very friendly n clean had fun reading the "Did you know" booklet at tables, learned some things! Lol I ordered the Tuna Melt n is the best I ever tasted n the crunchy fries too, mom n hubby ordered clam cannonball n they also lived it. Daughter n son ordered burgers n loved them also, Definetly coming back n highly recommend It! THANK YOU!!
My all time favorite place to grab chowder. Since moving inland there isn't good chowder around. But we are headed to the beach in March and will be stopping in for sure.
Always so friendly when I come in. I’m there about 1time a week. The price is reasonable. Great service
