I added Chowboy Republic to my "To Eat" list after reading about a their Deep Fried Hamburger. That will have to wait till next time. My wife and I went last night to discover so many more choices. I settled on the Pimiento and Bacon while she had the Tuna Steak burger. The buns are really exceptional and better yet...lots of waffle fries. I arrived as soon as they opened, within an hour every seat was taken. Even though resturant was full i still received great customer service and the food was very good. I would definitely return.

Came in last night for dinner. Great atmosphere, awesome staff and the food was amazing!!! Can't wait to go back and try something different
Great food and great service. The jalapeño cornbread, fried pickle burger, Buffalo shrimp Po Boy and marinated steak tacos were all really good ! We will be back.

Our experience, owner very rude, food a bit overpriced for the portions, nachos lacked cheese, but waitress wonderful! Did not live up to expectations for our Lag o Mar peeps. Too bad tight and also crowded.
