Arlene and I ate at a new restaurant in Collegeville now located in the old Pen and Ink building on Main Street. It is called "Chow" and is gourmet food at good prices, also a BYOB. I had the broiled seafood platter, salmon, mahi, shrimp, and a crab-cake accompanied with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, $25.00, Arlene had the salad and a grilled pork chop which she said was very good.
