Not impressed at all! Had three appointments at this office and was seen 1/2 hour to an hour late each time. Nurses and doctor repeatedly opened the door to examine room while I laid there in my underwear within full view of check out desk. Twice a man was standing there looking right in at me. Very humiliating. My last appointment the doctor had me waiting for an hour. My appointment was at 8:15 am - how late could the be running already?! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
