They made sure every question I had was answered, and are usually available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly. I appreciate Dr. Chou's approach to care and she always takes as much time as needed with me. As a patient, I appreciate that ... however, the down side is that she often runs behind schedule. I try to schedule my appointments first thing in the morning, so I can be seen on time and don't have a long wait.

Dr Chou and her staff are very patient oriented. Dr Chou is very personable and I have the utmost confidence in her. Highly recommend.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Chou is the best at suturing, I never have an unsightly scar, like I have had elsewhere. Also, she will talk you out of a procedure if she doesn't think you really need it. Other offices will do as much as they can to collect for these out of pocket procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Chou.

i felt absoloutly terrible for the girls that work for the doctor, the doctor knows what she is doing, but she seems to belittle them and jjust very disrespectful to her assistants, its a shame, they are all such nice young girls, i dont want to go to an enviroment like that.

Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
