I’ve given him a 1 Star only so I could write this review. He falsely accused me of taking drugs. Ones of which I’ve never seen nor heard of (some street drugs and others that were otc). After I started freaking out and begged and pleaded to let me take another test - he said no, oh yeah this med I prescribed to you can cause a false-positive….. a month later, I get my EOB from my insurance with a booklet on fraud. HEADS UP FOLKS!!! Axis is going through a case with the government on fraudulent activity and charging patients... read more
