Went two weeks ago. Water fountain was out of service and I was told there was no (free) water available. Figured it was a glitch. Went today and there is still no (free) water. Given I’m paying $20 for a salad it is not acceptable that they don’t have tap water available for customers and haven’t for weeks. Ridiculous. How hard would it to be to have a pitcher of tap water being the counter?

Very dissatisfied!!! Went all the way there in the freezing cold to be told they are on a winter schedule and they don’t open until 11, when online it states 1030 and there are no signs posted saying anything about a winter schedule. I have a very short break at work and this caused me to not be able to have lunch
