Going here instead of Chipotle was such a great decision. My first time trying this franchise and was surprised in a good way. Got the chicken caesar wrap. Delicious, but will not get croutons next time.
Kiosk ordering is cumbersome and provides no personal interaction - seems unwelcoming and takes longer than Chopt w staff. Corporate overlords more interested in reducing labor costs than providing customer service. Classic enshittification.

If you've been avoiding salads, don't avoid Chop't. We had wonderful, high protein salads yesterday and everything is fine! No issues at all and so yummy!
