Called 5 times and they answered twice but didn’t say anything at all, just stayed silent then hung up after about a minute each time. Horrible service
Lately these employees been screwing up orders and then wanna have an attitude because we corrected you on your own mistakes. So unprofessional to hang up on someone and cop an attitude on your customer because you didn’t take the order the way you were supposed to. I really like chop sticks but the attitude and atmosphere there sucks!
Website doesn't work, tried 2 different devices to place the order. Decided to call to place the order since my husband used to get Chinese from here years ago and loved it. Was immediately told to be "on hold" when they picked up, but rather the phone was obviously just sat down on the counter. Took over a hour to receive our order. Food was ok.
customer service is very horrible my whole order was messed up and when I called about it the girl that answered the phone was very nasty and had the worst attitude I've ever dealt with
not only was my order messed up but the woman who was answering the phone was very nasty and had a very nasty attitude they need to either hire better people or train the ones they have on how to speak to customers and treat customers with some respect
Today was the last time I will get food from there. Orders rarely complete. This is NOT the first time. Sad.
Tonight my parents ordered food and there was a LARGE piece of plastic in their food. It was described to me as like a piece of a bucket and very sharp... so my mom called to tell them not because she wanted a refund or anything just to tell them so someone doesnt get hurt! and they were like thanks and hung up on her. like she was making it up.. like wow.. So done with that place and I want everyone to know how rude they were about the situation.
We spent 72$ on an order was missing two meals and two of the meals were wrong, we called and the guy was rude and said he didn’t know what was wrong and couldn’t do anything about it. What the hell do you mean? If it’s your mess up then freaking fix it. It’s not like it was a cheap order. Get it together and fix your mess ups!! 😡
